This section of the website is for all young people and adults with hemiplegia. See below for details of the services and information relevant to you.

  • Facebook group - join the HemiHelp Facebook group to arrange meet-ups, connect with new people and post pictures. Please note that the views expressed on Facebook do not necessarily reflect the views of HemiHelp.
  • Twitter - follow the HemiHelp feed to stay up to date with our latest news
  • Useful contacts - information on benefits, employment, sports and much more
  • Local groups - join one of our local groups to link up with people in your area
  • Message board - HemiHelp message board thread dedicated to everyone aged 18 or over. Post a question or share your wisdom with others - it just takes a few minutes to join.
  • Adult helpline service - our adult helpliner has hemiplegia herself and is trained to answer calls of all types.
  • Pen Pal scheme - join the scheme to share hints, tips and experiences with other adults with hemiplegia.
