What payment methods can I use to pay online?
We use PayPal to process our online shop transactions. PayPal accepts all major credit and debit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, American Express, Switch, Solo, Delta and Visa Electron. If you have a PayPal account, you can also pay using PayPal.
Is it safe to buy online?
It's completely safe and secure to buy online from our shop. All transactions are processed on a secure server by PayPal.
I don't want to give my card details over the internet. Can I pay another way?
Yes, you can! Please call us on 0845 120 3713 and we'll process your order by phone.
How much is postage and packing?
Postage and packing charges are currently as follows:
- Orders up to £4.49: Free
- Orders between £4.50 and £14.99: £1.95 per transaction
- Orders between £15.00 and £24.99: £3.95
- Orders between £25.00 and £34.99: £5.95
- Orders of £35.00 and over: £6.95
When will I receive my order?
We aim to process all orders within five working days of being placed - hopefully much sooner! We'll send you an email when your order has been despatched.
I've changed my mind; can I cancel my order?
You can return goods you have ordered online from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. You will need to pay the costs of returning goods to us. See our terms and conditions for more information on our returns policy.
