There are thousands of running events happening all over the UK and Ireland, from 5K fun runs to marathons. See below for some ideas of what you can get involved in.

BUPA Running events 2008

BUPA organize running events across the UK and Ireland throughout the year and there is sure to be something to suit you!! They vary from junior fun runs to the serious stuff so why not take part, get fit and raise money for HemiHelp at the same time?! See www.greatrun.org for details of all the events on offer.


Baxters Loch Ness Marathon - 5 October 2008

The Loch Ness Marathon and Festival of Running takes place around Loch Ness and Inverness, and includes a marathon, a 10K and a fun-run (5K) For more details please see www.lochnessmarathon.com
