If you're a young person with hemiplegia, and would HemiHelp to match you up with someone that you can write to or email, then please fill in the form below. We'll send you a detailed form in the post, so that you can tell us your interests and get a parent or guardian to sign it.

Please note that this service is only available to HemiHelp members who are five years old or over - we are unable to fulfil requests from non-members. If you have hemiplegia and you're not already a member then why not join HemiHelp?

Please be assured that we seek permission from all parents/guardians of children registering for a pen pal before any details are passed on to other members' children. We will respect the confidentiality of any information that you provide and use it only in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
