Employment workshops - for young people with hemiplegia aged 16-25 years

Date: Saturday 21 January 2012 Time: 10:30 – 16.00 Location: Hilton London Kensington Hotel, 179-199 Holland Park Avenue London, W11 4UL Please arrive from 10:00am for registration

Workshop programme

• Job searching and applying for a job
• Interview techniques
• Starting and keeping a job
• Communication skills / confidence

Each workshop can have up to 15 people and you will attend all four by the end of the day.

Timetable for the day

10am - Arrival and drinks

10.30 - Introduction to HemiHelp from Alice Doyle

10.45 - Introduction to the Transition service and the workshops from Karen

11.00 - 11.55 - Workshop 1

12.00 - 12.55 - Workshop 2

1pm - 1.55pm - Lunch and market stalls

2pm - 2.55pm - Workshop 3

3 - 3.55pm - Workshop 4

4pm - Finish
