Production company Bamboo Chicken has won a prestigious award for its new film 'Welsh Connections'.
Included in the DVD package is the 15-minute feature 'To the Rainbow', which follows the return to climbing of Paul Pritchard - whose acquired hemiplegia was caused by a head injury sustained on a climbing trip.
'Welsh Connections' won the Best Film on Rock Climbing award at the Vancouver International Mountain Film festival 2010.
In the shorter feature Paul - one of the most talented climbers of the 1980s - makes an emotional return to The Rainbow in North Wales, accompanied by his old climbing partner Johnny Dawes.
Directed by Dave Brown, this film is likely to be a must-see for anyone interested in climbing - with or without a disability.
